Naveen’s Glen is an estate tucked into the foothills of the Himalayas, offering a way of life rooted in tranquility, solitude, and quiet adventure for those who choose to call it home.

Over the years, we have grown into a nature-loving community—home to charming cottages, a homestay, a café, and an organic farm. Each space is thoughtfully designed to frame sweeping panoramic views of the pristine forests that surround the estate, while embracing eco-friendly practices that support a more sustainable way of living.

GLENWOOD

Among the earliest homes at Naveen’s Glen, Glenwood is a three-bedroom stone villa that gazes out over the tranquil waters of Sattal Lake.

Its terraced garden unfolds across three gentle levels, inviting slow afternoons and quiet gatherings, with a wood-fired oven at its heart—made for long, unhurried evenings beneath open skies.

KARIKUN

The very first cottage built in Naveen's Glen, KariKun is a charming two bedroom home with an expansive garden built on two levels. Handed over in 1996, It is surrounded by flowering plants and fruit trees which make it a favourite among the Suriya Gaon birds.

MAGPIE

Perched high on Ararda Hill, Magpie Cottage is a three-bedroom bungalow with gardens unfolding across two levels, offering a sweeping 360-degree view.

From here, the eye travels effortlessly—from the still waters of Sattal Lake to the expanse of the Khaan Valley. Designed to draw the outside in, every corner of the home opens itself to the landscape, inviting you to live within the view, not just look at it.

“Our home in Sattal has been an absolute delight - a place I think of as my own little piece of heaven!”
